Paper Phenolic laminates are manufactured by using Kraft paper as reinforcement with specially
formulated phenolic resin as a bonding agent. It possesses good electrical strength properties
with fair mechanical properties and is outstanding for use as template material and/or as backup material.

Fabric Phenolic laminates are manufactured by using Fine/Medium/Coarse
woven cotton fabric which is reinforced with specially formulated phenolic resin as a bonding agent.
It possesses superior mechanical strength with fair electrical properties and also exhibits
superior moisture and chemical resistance.

Copper Clad laminates are manufactured by using Kraft paper which is impregnated with specially
formulated phenolic resin as a bonding agent, which is then reinforced with copper sheet. It
possesses excellent electrical strength properties with superior hot/cold punching
properties and also exhibits good moisture and chemical resistance.
